Pursuant to Standing Orders 108(1) and 108(2), the Standing Committee on Health, created a Sub-Committee on HIV/AIDS in November 1994. The Sub-Committee's first report on its study of the National Aids Strategy was concurred in by the Standing Committee and we have agreed to report to the House as follows:
