| Pursuant to S.O. 108(2), and a motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, October 22, 2009, the Committee recommended: | Conformément à l'article 108(2) du Réglement et la motion adoptée par le Comité le jeudi 22 octobre 2009, le Comité recommande: |
| That the Committee recommend the government immediately instruct Canada's negotiator to indicate through the proper channels at the World Trade Organization that the text which undermines or weakens Canada's State Trading Enterprises and Supply Management systems must be removed from the DOHA agreement and that this be reported to the House. | Que le Comité recommande au gouvernement de donner instruction dans les plus brefs délais au négociateur canadien de faire savoir par les voies appropriées à l'Organisation mondiale du commerce que les dispositions minant ou affaiblissant les entreprises commerciales du Canada et ses systèmes de gestion de l'offre doivent être soustraites de l'accord de DOHA et qu'il soit fait rapport de cette recommandation à la Chambre. |
