| Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), your Committee has considered the matter of directives from the Governor-in-Council amending the interpretation of the Broadcasting Policy or the Telecommunications Policy for Canada and agreed to report the following: | Conformément à l’article 108(2) du Règlement, le Comité a étudié la question des directives par le gouverneur en conseil modifiant l’interprétation de la politique de radiodiffusion ou la politique de télécommunications canadiennes et a convenu de rapporter ce qui suit: |
| That, in the opinion of the Committee, any new directive to the CRTC from the Governor-in-Council amending the interpretation of the Broadcasting Policy for Canada or the Canadian Telecommunications Policy be first put before the House through the Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage for its consideration. | Que, de l'avis du comité, toute nouvelle directive adressée au CRTC par le gouverneur en conseil modifiant l'interprétation de la politique canadienne de radiodiffusion ou la politique canadienne de télécommunication soit d'abord soumise à la Chambre par l'intermédiaire du Comité permanent du Patrimoine canadien pour son examen. |
