That pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, November 26, 2007 your Committee recommends: |

| That the government develop and implement a plan in collaboration with provincial and municipal counterparts, as well as experts from the police, international organizations, and NGOs, prior to the opening of the 2010 Olympics to curtail the trafficking of women and children for sexual purposes during and after the duration of the games. | Que le gouvernement mette au point, avant l’ouverture des Jeux olympiques de 2010 et de concert avec les gouvernements provinciaux et les administrations municipales et des spécialistes de la police, des organisations internationales et des ONG, un plan visant à enrayer la traite des femmes et des enfants à des fins d’exploitation sexuelle à mettre à exécution pendant et après les Jeux. |
