In accordance with its Order of Reference of Friday, November 1, 2002, your Committee has considered Bill S-2, An Act to implement an agreement, conventions and protocols concluded between Canada and Kuwait, Mongolia, the United Arab Emirates, Moldova, Norway, Belgium and Italy for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion and to amend the enacted text of three tax treaties, and agreed on Tuesday, November 19, 2002 to report it without amendments. |
Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du vendredi 1 novembre 2002, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi S-2, Loi mettant en oeuvre un accord, des conventions et des protocoles conclus entre le Canada et le Koweït, la Mongolie, les Émirats Arabes Unis, la Moldova, la Norvège, la Belgique et l'Italie en vue d'éviter les doubles impositions et de prévenir l'évasion fiscale et modifiant le texte édicté de trois traités fiscaux, et a convenu le mardi 19 novembre 2002, d'en faire rapport sans amendement. |
