| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Wednesday, October 6, 2010, your Committee has considered matters relating to Bill C-511, An Act respecting the reporting of motor vehicle information and to amend the Motor Vehicle Safety Act (improving public safety) and has agreed to recommend the following: | Conformément à l’ordre de renvoi du mercredi 6 octobre 2010, votre Comité a examiné la question du projet de loi C-511, Loi concernant la communication des renseignements sur les véhicules automobiles et modifiant la Loi sur la sécurité automobile (amélioration de la sécurité publique) et a convenu de faire la recommandation suivante : |
| THAT, the Standing Committee on Transport, Infrastructure and Communities be authorized to continue its deliberations beyond Thursday, March 3, 2011. | QUE le Comité permanent des transports, de l'infrastructure et des collectivités soit autorisé à poursuivre ses délibérations au delà du jeudi 3 mars 2011. |
| Due to a lengthy agenda of legislation and self-initiated studies to schedule in the coming weeks, the Committee requires more time to properly consider Bill C-511. | Compte tenu de son calendrier d’études de textes législatifs et autres qui est chargé au cours des prochaines semaines, le Comité a besoin de plus de temps pour examiner convenablement le projet de loi C-511. |
