M-57 Bystander awareness and intervention training

Motion Text
That, in the opinion of the House, the government should: (a) support the development of bystander awareness and intervention training, in collaboration with other levels of government, academia, and civil society organizations, as a key tool for combatting sexual harassment and violence, hate crimes, and other forms of criminal activity; (b) support the provision of bystander awareness and intervention training to federal workers; and (c) encourage all Canadians to avail themselves of opportunities to take bystander awareness and intervention training.
