M-93 HIV and drug use

Motion Text

That, in the opinion of the House, the Minister of Health should take the lead in responding to the identified public health crisis of HIV infection among intravenous drug users by adopting a medical approach to drug use and drug addiction with the goal of reducing harm associated with obtaining drugs on the street.
