M-415 Alcohol ignition interlocks

That, in the opinion of the House, the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities should consider the new options available to mitigate drinking and driving on our roads, by undertaking a study into the feasibility of requiring the installation of alcohol ignition interlock devices into motor vehicles in Canada, as it relates to the Section 20 prerogatives of the Minister in the Motor Vehicle Safety Act.
