Motion Text

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should act in accordance with our humanitarian traditions and international obligations to reduce the health risks to refugees and the public and reverse the changes to the Interim Federal Health Program that exclude refugees from health coverage and place the burden of refugee health care on the provinces.
