M-406 Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations

Motion Text
That, in the opinion of the House, the government should consider amending the Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations in order to equip all household and utility trailers with an automatic wheel locking device so that the trailers remain stationary when disconnected.
