M-513 Access to the local programming of CBC/Radio-Canada

That, in the opinion of the House, the Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage should study access to the local programming of CBC/Radio-Canada, of provincial public broadcasters and of the broadcasting services for the debates of the Parliament of Canada and of provincial and territorial legislative assemblies in regions without access to digital broadcasting, relying primarily on the Local Television Satellite Solution program.
