Business Development Bank of Canada’s Strategic Review, Strategic Plan and 10-Year Objectives

That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the committee invite Ms. Isabelle Hudon, President of the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) and the Minister of International Trade, Export Promotion, Small Business and Economic Development to appear before the committee to explain the BDC's strategic review and objectives for the next 10 years and the role that the consulting firm McKinsey & Company played in the development of the BDC's Strategic Plan; that these witnesses appear before the committee for one hour each; and that this study commence after the study on mining firms and that it be followed by the study on non-tariff barriers.
