| M-280 — February 5, 2007 — Mr. Karygiannis (Scarborough—Agincourt) — That, in the opinion of the House, the government should introduce legislation to amend the Criminal Code of Canada to institute the following mandatory minimum sentences, on a graduated scale, in order to combat the spread of marijuana grow house operations: two years in jail for 3 to 20 marijuana plants: five years in jail for 21 to 49 plants; seven years in jail for 50 to 100 plants; and, fourteen years in jail for over 100 plants. | M-280 — 5 février 2007 — M.
