STATUTORY ORDER

February 6, 2007 — Mr. Nicholson (Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada) — 1. That pursuant to subsection 83.32(1) of the Criminal Code, the application of sections 83.28, 83.29 and 83.3 of that Act by extended for a period of three years from the first day on which this resolution is passed by both Houses of Parliament.
2. That this Resolution come into force on the day on which it has been passed by both Houses of Parliament.
Motion to be considered -- not later than the 15th sitting day of Parliament after December 31, 2006, pursuant to subsection 83.32(1) of the Criminal Code.
Not subject to amendment, pursuant to subsection 83.32(3) of the Criminal Code.
All questions necessary to dispose of the motion to be put immediately at the conclusion of the debate, pursuant to subsection 83.32(3) of the Criminal Code.
