Q-1822 — February 27, 2007 — Mrs. Mathyssen (London—Fanshawe) — What Human Resources and Social Development Canada funds, grants, loans and loan guarantees has the government issued in the constituency of London—Fanshawe since February 6, 2006, including the 2006-2007 Budget and up to today, and, in each case where applicable: (a) the department or agency responsible; (b) the program under which the payment was made; (c) the names of the recipients, if they were groups or organizations; (d) the monetary value of the payment made; and (e) the percentage of program funding covered by the payment received?

February 27, 2007 — Mr. Crête (Montmagny—L'Islet—Kamouraska—Rivière-du-Loup) — That the House denounce the laisser-faire attitude of the government that prevailed in its negotiations with Boeing, condemn the fact that Quebec did not get its fair share of the economic spin-offs of this contract, nearly 60%, given the significance of its aircraft industry, and call on the government to provide fair regional distribution of economic spin-offs for all future contracts.
