P-31 — October 18, 2007 — Mr. Cummins (Delta—Richmond East) — That a humble Address be presented to Her Excellency praying that she will cause to be laid before this House a copy of the document entitled “Without prejudice proposal to Tsawwassen First Nation regarding settlement of alleged impacts relating to the Roberts Bank Development and the proposed expansion” as referenced in the 2004 Memorandum of Agreement between the Tsawwassen Indian Band and the Vancouver Port Authority with regard to the expansion of the Roberts Bank Port.
