M-461 — February 25, 2008 — Ms. Wasylycia-Leis (Winnipeg North) — That, in the opinion of the House, the government should amend the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act by adding applicants approved under provincial nominee programs to the exemptions to inadmissibility based on estimated future health costs that are listed in subsection 38(2).
