(b) in respect of all other claims, that a hearing to determine the claim is not to take place until at least 90 days after the day on which the claim was submitted.
(5) The regulations referred to in subsection (1) must provide, in respect of all claims for refugee protection, that an appeal from a decision of the Refugee Protection Division
(a) does not have to be filed with the Refugee Appeal Division earlier than 15 days after the date of the decision; and
(b) shall be perfected within 30 days after filing.”

“(3) For greater certainty, in this section, “lawful excuse” includes the wearing of clothing or a covering that is part of the traditional practice of a recognized religious or cultural group.”

“(3) Despite subsection (2), if a person, in the course of committing an offence under subsection (2), commits another offence under a provision of the Criminal Code other than subsection (1), the punishment imposed for committing the offence under subsection (2) may not exceed the punishment imposed in respect of the commission of the other offence.”
