Q-6002 — November 15, 2016 — Mr. Bezan (Selkirk—Interlake—Eastman) — With regard to the Canadian Armed Forces’ Operation IMPACT: (a) what was the original risk score assigned to the mission; (b) what is the current risk score assigned to the mission; (c) since the beginning of the mission, has the risk score changed and, if so, (i) when did it change, (ii) how many times has it changed, (iii) for each change, what was the original score and the new score; (d) are various risk scores applied to different Canadian Armed Forces personnel based on (i) location, (ii) rank, (iii) task; (e) if any responses to (d) are in the affirmative, what are all the risk scores that have been designated since the beginning of Operation IMPACT; (f) has the Department of Finance or the Department of National Defence changed the tax relief for personnel deployed on designated international operational missions for Operation IMPACT; (g) are all members of the Canadian Armed Forces deployed on Operation IMPACT entitled to the same tax relief measures; and (h) have any members received the tax relief measures provided to the members deployed since the beginning of the mission and, if so, what are the specific details of such relief measures?
Q-6012 — November 15, 2016 — Mr. Clement (Parry Sound—Muskoka) — With regard to the Prime Minister’s announcement in January 2016 that the Member for Ottawa South will serve as Chair for the yet to be formed National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians: (a) has the Member for Ottawa South received pay for serving as Chair of the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians; (b) what are the detailed expenses for the Member for Ottawa South’s international travel with the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness in January 2016; (c) how were the expenses in (b) paid; and (d) was the Member for Ottawa South reimbursed for expenses incurred during his international travel with the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness in January 2016?
Q-6022 — November 15, 2016 — Mr. Dubé (Beloeil—Chambly) — With regard to the collection and retention of metadata or associated data by CSIS: (a) on what dates were the present or former Ministers of Public Safety informed of (i) the existence of the Operational Data Analysis Centre, (ii) the retention of metadata or associated data pertaining to third-parties or individuals who were deemed not to pose a threat, (iii) the possibility this practice could be deemed unlawful; (b) how was the information communicated for each instance in (a); (c) on what dates were the present or former Ministers of Justice informed of (i) the existence of the Operational Data Analysis Centre, (ii) the retention of metadata or associated data pertaining to third-parties or individuals who were deemed not to pose a threat, (iii) the possibility this practice could be deemed unlawful, (iv) the fact that the Federal Court had not been properly informed of this practice; (d) how was the information communicated for each instance in (c); and (e) what is the total number of Canadians whose metadata has been stored by CSIS in each year since 2006?

M-93 — November 15, 2016 — Mr. Kmiec (Calgary Shepard) — That the House recognize: (a) that the Jewish heritage of Jerusalem, Israel, and the Temple Mount is intrinsic to the region and to historical fact, as evidenced by the building of Solomon’s Temple in the tenth century BC; (b) that Jerusalem has intrinsic religious significance to Christianity, Judaism, and Islam; (c) that the Temple Mount, Western Wall/al-Haram al-Sharif, al-Aqsa mosque is a site revered by both Jews and Muslims, and that members of both religions have the right to visit and worship there; and (d) that the UNESCO resolution on October 13, 2016, titled “Occupation Palestine”, was inherently anti-Semitic, anti-historical, and insulting to Jewish people in Israel and around the world, and that this House formally condemn this resolution as such.
