agrees with amendment 1(a) made by the Senate to Bill C-37, An Act to amend the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and to make related amendments to other Acts;	accepte l'amendement 1a) apporté par le Sénat au projet de loi C-37, Loi modifiant la Loi réglementant certaines drogues et autres substances et apportant des modifications connexes à d'autres lois;
proposes that amendment 1(b) be amended by deleting section 56.2; by renumbering section 56.3 as 56.2 and by replacing the words "shall offer", with "may offer".	propose que l'amendement 1b) soit modifié en supprimant l’article 56.2; en modifiant la numérotation pour que l’article 56.3 devienne l’article 56.2 et en remplaçant les mots « est tenue d’offrir » par les mots « peut offrir ».
