Pursuant to Standing Order 92(4), we, the undersigned, hereby appeal the recommendation set forth in the 80th Report of the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs designating as non-votable Bill C-421, An Act to amend the Citizenship Act (adequate knowledge of French in Quebec), and call upon the Speaker to cause a secret vote to be held in this regard. |
