An Act to amend the Oceans Act and the Canada Petroleum Resources Act	Loi modifiant la Loi sur les océans et la Loi fédérale sur les hydrocarbures

May 8, 2019 — The Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard — That a message be sent to the Senate to acquaint Their Honours that, in relation to Bill C-55, An Act to amend the Oceans Act and the Canada Petroleum Resources Act, the House proposes that amendment 1 be amended by replacing the text of the amendment with the following text:	8 mai 2019 — Le ministre des Pêches, des Océans et de la Garde côtière canadienne — Qu’un message soit envoyé au Sénat pour informer Leurs Honneurs que, en ce qui concerne le projet de loi C-55, Loi modifiant la Loi sur les océans et la Loi fédérale sur les hydrocarbures, la Chambre propose que l’amendement 1 soit modifié en remplaçant le texte de l’amendement par le texte suivant :
(4) If an order is made under subsection (2), the Minister shall publish, in any manner that the Minister considers appropriate, a report	(4) S’il prend un arrêté au titre du paragraphe (2), le ministre publie, de toute façon qu’il estime indiquée, un rapport :
(a) indicating the area of the sea designated in the order;	a) précisant l’espace maritime désigné par l’arrêté;
(b) summarizing the consultations undertaken prior to making the order; and	b) résumant les consultations menées avant la prise de l’arrêté;
