Minutes of Proceedings
It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of the Pre-Budget Consultations 2020, members of the committee submit their recommendations for the report to the clerk by 6:00 p.m. at the latest on Tuesday, February 18, 2020; that the recommendations be distributed to members by Wednesday, February 19, 2020, 3 p.m.; and that the committee meet on Thursday, February 20, 2020, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. to consider the recommendations.
Nicholas Leswick made a statement and, with Andrew Marsland, Suzy McDonald, Evelyn Dancey and Soren Halverson, answered questions.
By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That committee members’ staff be permitted to eat the food present in the committee room.
By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the committee’s routine motion on the distribution of documents adopted on Wednesday, January 29, 2020, and the usual practice of committees concerning access to electronic documents, Francesco Sorbara, M.P., be added to the committee’s distribution list and be granted access to the committee’s digital binder site for the remainder of the parliamentary session.
