M-217 Financial incentives focussing on improved energy performance

Motion Text

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should table a bill authorizing the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation to introduce financial incentives, such as loans and preferred rates, for newly constructed and renovated buildings that focus on improved energy performance.
