In accordance with its mandate under Standing Order 108(3)(f), your Committee recommends that the government continue the funding of the Court Challenges Program at the level set in fiscal years 2005-2006 and to ensure the continuation of this program. |
Conformément au mandat que lui confère le paragraphe 108(3)(f) du Règlement, votre Comité recommande au gouvernement de maintenir le financement du Programme de contestations judiciaires au niveau établi dans l'année fiscale 2005-2006 et de garantir la pérennité de ce programme. |
