| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Monday, March 30, 2009, your Committee has considered Bill C-7, An Act to amend the Marine Liability Act and the Federal Courts Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts, and agreed on Thursday, May 7, 2009, to report it with the following amendments: | Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du lundi 30 mars 2009, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-7, Loi modifiant la Loi sur la responsabilité en matière maritime, la Loi sur les Cours fédérales et d'autres lois en conséquence, et a convenu le jeudi 7 mai 2009, d’en faire rapport avec les amendements suivants : |
