| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Tuesday, October 26, 2010, your Committee has considered Bill C-42, An Act to amend the Aeronautics Act, and agreed on Tuesday, December 7, 2010, to report it with the following amendments: | Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du mardi 26 octobre 2010, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-42, Loi modifiant la Loi sur l'aéronautique, et a convenu le mardi 7 décembre 2010, d’en faire rapport avec les amendements suivants : |

(a) by replacing lines 15 and 16 on page 1 with the following: | a) par substitution, aux lignes 16 et 17, page 1, de ce qui suit : |
“to land in a foreign state or fly over the United States and land outside Canada or of a Canadian” | « atterrir dans un État étranger, soit survoler le territoire des États-Unis et atterrir ailleurs qu'au Canada, ou » |

(4) Within two years after this subsection comes into force and every five years thereafter, the committee of the House of Commons responsible for transport matters shall: | (4) Dans les deux ans suivant l'entrée en vigueur du présent paragraphe et tous les cinq ans par la suite, le comité de la Chambre des communes responsable des transports : |
(a) commence a comprehensive review of the provisions and operation of this Act; and | a) entreprend à un examen approfondi des dispositions de la présente loi et des conséquences de son application; |
