We have only one motion to get passed. It's on budgeting. We have bills of around $10,000. We haven't been paying our bills on time and we need your approval.

The motion reads that the chairman be authorized to request a supplementary budget of $15,000 for the remainder of the fiscal year ending March 31, 1996. Do we have a mover?
