By unanimous consent, Mr. Milliken (Parliamentary Secretary to the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons), seconded by Mr. Boudria (Glengarry--Prescott--Russell), moved,--That the Members of the Standing Committee on Health be authorized to travel to hold a briefing session on Preventative Strategies for Healthy Children in North Gower, Ontario, on February 8 and 9, 1996, and that the necessary staff do accompany the Committee.

The question was put on the motion and it was agreed to.

The House resumed consideration of the motion of Mr. Szabo (Mississauga South), seconded by Mrs. Payne (St. John's West),--That Bill C-337, An Act to amend the Food and Drugs Act (warning on alcoholic beverage containers), be now read a second time and referred to the Standing Committee on Health. Health.

The debate continued.

The question was put on the motion and it was agreed to.

Accordingly, the Bill was read the second time and referred to the Standing Committee on Health.
