Motion

Parm Bains moved, — That the committee report to the House that, on May 23, during a meeting of the Standing Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics, the member for Steveston-Richmond East was the subject of false and defamatory statements made by the member for Brantford—Brant which constituted a breach of the member’s privilege; and that the committee recommend that the member for Brantford-Brant stand before the House and apologize and retract any and all defamatory statements made about the member for Steveston—Richmond East.
