Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, September 19, 2024, the committee resumed its study of Russian interference and disinformation campaigns in Canada.

Chris Alexander, Justin Ling and Nina Jankowicz made opening statements and answered questions.

At 4:19 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 4:23 p.m., the meeting resumed.

At 5:00 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 5:07 p.m., the meeting resumed in camera.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, October 23, 2023, the committee resumed its study of growing problem of car thefts in Canada.

At 5:27 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
