| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Thursday, March 29, 2007, your Committee has considered Bill C-42, An Act to amend the Quarantine Act, and agreed on Monday, June 4, 2007, to report it with the following amendments: | Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du jeudi 29 mars 2007, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-42, Loi modifiant la Loi sur la mise en quarantaine, et a convenu le lundi 4 juin 2007, d’en faire rapport avec les amendements suivants : |

| That Bill C-42, in Clause 1, be amended by replacing line 8 on page 1 with the following: | Que le projet de loi C-42, à l'article 1, soit modifié par substitution, à la ligne 9, page 1, de ce qui suit : |
“(a) a conveyance that is used in the” | « a) véhicule servant à l’exploitation » |
