| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Wednesday, March 3, 2010, your Committee has considered Bill C-395, An Act to amend the Employment Insurance Act (labour dispute), and agreed on Monday, May 3, 2010, to report it with the following amendment: | Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du mercredi 3 mars 2010, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-395, Loi modifiant la Loi sur l'assurance-emploi (conflit collectif), et a convenu le lundi 3 mai 2010, d’en faire rapport avec l'amendement suivant : |

| That Bill C-395, in Clause 1, be amended by replacing line 19 on page 1 with the following: | Que le projet de loi C-395, à l'article 1, soit modifié par substitution, à la ligne 18, page 1, de ce qui suit : |
“the person was employed, provided that, for the purposes of determining the weekly rate of benefits, the qualifying period is established retrospectively to the fifty-two weeks preceding the beginning of the dispute.” | « personne exerçait un emploi, pourvu qu'aux fins de détermination du taux de prestation hebdomadaire, la période de référence soit établie rétrospectivement aux cinquante-deux semaines précédant le début du conflit. » |
