On Tuesday, October 17, 2023, the subcommittee adopted the following motion:
That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the subcommittee undertake a study of the unlawful transfer of children from Ukraine to Russia; that the subcommittee hold two meetings on this issue; and that members submit their lists of requested witnesses to the clerk no later than 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 23, 2023.
