By unanimous consent, pursuant to Standing Orders 68(2) and 69(1), on motion of Mr. Marchi (Minister of Citizenship and Immigration), seconded by Mr. Peters (Secretary of State (International Financial Institutions)), Bill C-44, An Act to amend the Immigration Act and the Citizenship Act and to make a consequential amendment to the Customs Act, was introduced, read the first time, ordered to be printed and ordered for a second reading at the next sitting of the House.
