Mr. Pankiw (Saskatoon -- Humboldt), seconded by Mr. Solberg (Medicine Hat), moved, -- That, in the opinion of this House, the government of Canada should immediately double the "basic personal deduction" for Canadian taxpayers over the age of 69. (Private Members' Business M-305)
