The Standing Committee on National Defence and Veterans Affairs met in camera at 3:50 p.m. this day, in Room 362, East Block, the Chair, David Pratt, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Claude Bachand, Leon Benoit, Robert Bertrand, Cheryl Gallant, John O'Reilly, David Pratt, David Price, Carmen Provenzano, Elsie Wayne.
Acting Members present: Larry Bagnell for Colleen Beaumier, Judi Longfield for Stan Dromisky.
In attendance: From the Parliamentary Research Branch of the Library of Parliament: Wolf Koerner; Michel Rossignol, Research Officers.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed consideration of its draft report on the state of readiness of the Canadian Forces.
It was agreed, --That the proposed cover page, with the name of the Chair and the two Vice-Chairs, be adopted.
It was agreed, --That the proposed pictures be published in the report.
At 5:30 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
