The House resumed consideration of the motion of Mr. Casson (Lethbridge) , seconded by Mr. Cummins (Delta—South Richmond) , — That Bill C-325, An Act to amend the Income Tax Act (deduction for volunteer emergency service), be now read a second time and referred to the Standing Committee on Finance.

The debate continued.

At 12:07 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 93(1), the Speaker interrupted the proceedings.
