Mr. Bachand (Saint-Jean) , seconded by Ms. Lalonde (Mercier) , moved the following amendment, — That the motion be amended by adding after the word “Iraq” the following:
“and, consequently the government repatriate all soldiers and military material in the region that could be used in a war effort in the conflict in Iraq.”.
