A message was received informing the Commons that on November 25, 2005, at 4:57 p.m., the Honourable Michel Bastarache, Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court of Canada, in his capacity as Deputy of the Governor General, signified Royal Assent by written declaration to the following Bills:
