That the Minister of Industry Canada stand by his decision, a decision made under the Investment Canada Act, not to allow the sale of the Canadian company MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (MDA) to sell aerospace assets, including RADARSAT-2, to the U.S. company Alliant Techsystems Inc. (ATK). | Que, le ministre de l’Industrie du Canada maintienne fermement sa décision, une décision prise en vertu de la Loi sur Investissement Canada, de ne pas permettre la vente des actifs aérospatiaux, dont RADARSAT-2, de la compagnie canadienne MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd.
