Pursuant to Standing
Order 108(2), the Committee has considered matters relating to access to
justice, and has agreed to report the following: The Standing Committee on
Official Languages recommends that the government ensure that the judges that
they appoint to the Supreme Court are bilingual. |
Conformément à l'article 108(2) du Règlement, le Comité a étudié des
questions relatives à l'accès à la justice, et fait
rapport de ce qui suit : Le comité permanent des
langues officielles recommande au gouvernement de s'assurer que les juges
qu'ils nomment à la Cour suprême soient bilingues. |
