M-487 — April 28, 2008 — Mr. Martin (Winnipeg Centre) — That, in the opinion of the House, the government should: (a) help stabilize the barley market by immediately withdrawing Bill C-46, An Act to amend the Canadian Wheat Board Act and chapter 17 of the Statutes of Canada, 1998; (b) respect and support the democratic process that governs the Canadian Wheat Board; and (c) end the campaign to undermine the Canadian Wheat Board and supply marketing systems in Canada.
