Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, November 9, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of barriers to transition and measurable outcomes of successful transition.

Elizabeth Douglas and Sean Cantelon made statements and, with Phil Marcus, Kathleen McIlwham and Susan Baglole, answered questions.

At 11:53 a.m., Gord Johns took the Chair.

At 11:55 a.m., Neil Ellis took the Chair.

At 12:52 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
