At 3:38 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit until 4:10 p.m.
The Chair called Vote 1 under Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
The Minister made a statement and, with Theresa Tam, answered questions.
At 4:10 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 4:42 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Robert-Falcon Ouellette moved, — That, in the opinion of this Committee, Bill C-316, An Act to amend the Canada Revenue Agency Act (organ donors), is a critical piece of legislation that has been duly and unanimously adopted by the House of Commons and has been before the Senate since December 12, 2018; and that this Bill should be adopted by the Senate and passed into law at the earliest opportunity.
Debate arose thereon.
The question was put on the motion and it was agreed to, by a show of hands: YEAS: 8; NAYS: 0.
Don Davies moved, — That the Chair of the Committee send a letter to all Honourable Senators to acquaint them of the motion adopted by the Committee earlier today with regards to Bill C-316, An Act to amend the Canada Revenue Agency Act (organ donors).
Debate arose thereon.

It was agreed, — That the clause-by-clause consideration of Bill S-248, An Act respecting National Physicians’ Day, take place on Tuesday, June 4, 2019.
The Committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a report.
The Committee commenced consideration of a draft report.
It was agreed, — That the draft report be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Tackling the Problem Head-on: Sports-Related Concussions in Canada".
It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.
It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the government table a comprehensive response to the report.
It was agreed, — That dissenting or supplementary opinions be in Calibri 12 point font, left aligned and single line spacing and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the Clerk of the Committee, not later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 30, 2019.
ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.
