Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(f) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, the Committee resumed its review of literacy and numeracy support programs in Canada.

Linda Shohet and Margo Legault made statements and answered questions.

At 4:33 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:40 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $16, 500.00 for the study of review of literacy and numeracy support programs in Canada, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $36,700.00 for the study of review of support programs for official language minority community media, be adopted.

At 5:28 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
