Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, December 13, 2016, the Committee resumed consideration of Report 1, The Beyond the Border Action Plan, of the Fall 2016 Reports of the Auditor General of Canada, referred to the Committee on Tuesday, November 29, 2016.

Brian Pagan, David McGovern, Laureen Kinney and Catherine Higgens made statements and, with Gina Wilson and Nancy Cheng, answered questions.

At 5:12 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:14 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 5:24 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
