Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, the Committee commenced its study of the mandate of the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities.

The Minister made a statement and answered questions.

At 9:52 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of assessing the impact of aircraft noise in the vicinity of major Canadian airports.

Nick Boud made a statement and answered questions.

At 10:24 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:26 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the deadline to submit recommendations for the interim report on the canadian transportation and logistics strategy be postponed to Monday, January 14, 2019.

It was agreed, — That four meetings be dedicated to the study of challenges facing flight schools in Canada.

It was agreed, — That the recommendations for the report on the study on assessing the impact of aircraft noise in the vicinity of major canadian airports be submitted to the Clerk of the Committee, no later than Monday, January 14, 2019.

At 10:42 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
