At 3:22 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.
Jeremy McCalla, Mark Aruja and Bern Grush made statements.
At 3:40 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 3:56 p.m., the sitting resumed.
Mark Aruja and Bern Grush answered questions.
At 4:30 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 4:33 p.m., the sitting resumed.
Denis Gingras, Scott Santens and John Wall made statements and, with Grant Courville, answered questions.
At 5:15 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.
At 5:19 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 5:20 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.
It was agreed, — That, in relation to the access to information request received by the Transportation Safety Board and communicated to the Committee on Tuesday, March 26, 2018, to which documents related to the Committee’s proceedings are not responsive, the Committee instruct the Clerk to authorize disclosure of said documents, provided that they may be redacted so as not to be prejudicial to the House, its committees or anyone who participated in the proceedings in question, with the understanding that they remain protected by parliamentary privilege.
At 5:28 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
